Attach the deck or a screenshot in your email app. It helps a lot.

My deck won’t upload
Decks can be PDF, PPT, PPTX, ODP, up to 30 MB. PowerPoint files are converted to PDF first, which takes a moment before the reading step starts. That pause is normal. If it stops before that, the file is usually over the limit.
The video stopped halfway
It probably didn’t. Generation runs on the server and keeps going after you close the tab. Reopen the deck and it will show you where it got to. If a job really has stalled, the video page offers Resume, and it picks up from the last finished scene rather than starting again.
How credits are counted
5 credits a page for video, 3 a minute for the live tutor. A 20-page deck is 100 credits, and the price is flat. A long deck is not cheaper per page. See pricing →
Refunds on a bad video
Already automatic. If some pages fail, you are refunded for those pages in proportion to the deck; if generation fails outright, the whole charge comes back. Either way it lands in your balance without asking, and shows up in your credit history as a refund.
Put URGENT in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
