• Teach Me My Slide is an AI-powered interactive learning platform that converts static presentation files (PDFs or PowerPoints) into engaging educational sessions.
• Users can upload files, interact with an AI tutor via voice or text, generate quizzes, and track learning progress.
• Some features (e.g., anonymous upload) are available without an account, while others (e.g., saved progress and dashboard access) require Google authentication.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU).
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• If you are using the Platform on behalf of an institution, you have authorization to do so.

3. Account and Access

a. Anonymous Access

You can upload files and interact with the AI tutor without creating an account. These sessions are temporary, and data may be deleted after a set period of inactivity.

b. Registered Accounts

• To access personalized features (e.g., saved lessons, XP tracking), you may log in via Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Teach Me My Slide, you agree not to:

• Upload or share any material that is unlawful, copyrighted, obscene, or harmful.

a. Your Uploads

• You retain full ownership of the files and materials you upload.

• Your uploaded files are stored in Firebase Storage, and metadata is tracked in Firestore.

b. AI-Generated Content

• The explanations, quizzes, or summaries generated by our AI tutor are provided for educational assistance only and should not be considered professional or certified instruction.
• We make no guarantees as to their accuracy or completeness.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, code, design elements, and AI models used on Teach Me My Slide are owned by or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use your data.
